Each report is between two to three pages long and contains the following:
Sales: | Previous auction results, if any. |
Sire: | Two year’s worth of auction results for racing/breeding prospects, overall quality of the stallion’s offspring. |
Distaff Line: | Dam’s produce record and review of siblings/dam’s auction results, race records, class, soundness and accomplishments. Brief review of the second generation for class. |
Subject: | Review of the prospect’s racing record, surface/distance inclinations, class and soundness. |
Conformation: | Conformation review in person or suitable photos if available. |
Summary: | Viability of the horse as a racing or breeding prospect, suggestions for racing class/distance surfaces, or best bloodline matches. Appraisal price range. |
